We build the behavioral layer between brands and the real-world humans they're trying to reach, using AR, geolocation, and consented data capture to replace logo banners with actual evidence.

When you sponsor through weDISCOVR, you don't just show up at an event. You own the audience data from it.

No app download required. Attendees open their phone camera and scan a branded QR at your activation point. A digital collectible (your branded AR object) appears floating over your physical space. They tap to unlock it and receive a physical gift.

In that single interaction, GDPR-compliant consent data is captured: name, email, GPS location, dwell time, and stated product intent. The experience takes under 30 seconds and has shown a 94% engagement completion rate in 2025 activations.

Traditional sponsorship gives you presence. weDISCOVR gives you proof. A logo on a banner generates no data, no retargeting list, no attribution, and no post-event conversion path.

At your branded activation point, Explorers scan a QR code which opens the weDISCOVR camera experience. When they unlock a digital collectible (the AR Drop), they actively consent to share: their name, email address, GPS-confirmed location, the time they arrived and how long they stayed, and their stated product interest.

This is explicit, affirmative consent, not implied interest inferred from a pixel. You receive a named human, not a cookie.

Yes, fully GDPR-compliant. Data is collected via double opt-in. Explorers initiate the interaction and explicitly consent before any data is stored. You, as the brand partner, are designated as the data controller for all leads generated at your branded activation. weDISCOVR acts as the data processor.

You own the leads. At campaign close you receive a clean, export-ready CSV: your audience, not ours. We do not aggregate, resell, or share your leads with other brand partners.

As United in Kindness Title Sponsor, you receive first-access rights to co-sponsor any additional Gift Run Drop at a preferential rate. The Commitment: Contracts, Timelines, and Exclusivity

Yes. Title sponsorship of United in Kindness at KDK 2026 is sold to a single brand: one company, one category, one identity above that stage. No co-sponsors. No competing brands in the Späti booth. No shared AR experience.

If you are in the room when the contract is signed, no other brand from your category will have this access at this event this year. This is not typical for festival sponsorships. It is intentional, because the wSI economics only hold if the lead value is clean and uncontested.

KDK runs May 22–25, 2026. Key milestones from contract execution: Weeks 1–2: brand briefing, AR collectible design brief submitted. Weeks 3–5: AR build and QA, Späti booth design approved. Weeks 6–8: KDK press integration confirmed, OOH creative locked. Weeks 9–10: logistics finalized, staffing confirmed, dashboard access granted to brand team. Week 11: production build and venue setup. Week 12: activation.

We recommend contracts are executed no later than April 11, 2026 to guarantee this timeline. Inquiries after that date are subject to availability.

The €100,000 title sponsorship is invoiced in two tranches: 50% on contract execution, 50% no later than 14 days before activation start (May 8, 2026). Contracts are governed under German law (BGB), issued by weDISCOVR, Inc. (Delaware C-Corporation, Berlin operations). All payments in EUR. VAT applicable for EU entities.

For non-EU brands, VAT may be zero-rated, confirm with your tax advisor. Wire transfer details and formal invoice provided upon contract execution.

KDK is a government-backed public event in Berlin with a 30+ year track record. Cancellation risk is extremely low. In the event of force majeure cancellation, your deposit is returned in full within 30 days.

If the event is altered in scope (e.g., reduced footprint or shortened programming), you have the right to renegotiate the sponsorship value proportionally or receive a credit toward a Gift Run Drop activation of equivalent wSI value.
