You own the leads. At campaign close you receive a clean, export-ready CSV: your audience, not ours. We do not aggregate, resell, or share your leads with other brand partners.

Yes. Title sponsorship of United in Kindness at KDK 2026 is sold to a single brand: one company, one category, one identity above that stage. No co-sponsors. No competing brands in the Späti booth. No shared AR experience.
If you are in the room when the contract is signed, no other brand from your category will have this access at this event this year. This is not typical for festival sponsorships. It is intentional, because the wSI economics only hold if the lead value is clean and uncontested.
KDK runs May 22–25, 2026. Key milestones from contract execution: Weeks 1–2: brand briefing, AR collectible design brief submitted. Weeks 3–5: AR build and QA, Späti booth design approved. Weeks 6–8: KDK press integration confirmed, OOH creative locked. Weeks 9–10: logistics finalized, staffing confirmed, dashboard access granted to brand team. Week 11: production build and venue setup. Week 12: activation.
We recommend contracts are executed no later than April 11, 2026 to guarantee this timeline. Inquiries after that date are subject to availability.
The €100,000 title sponsorship is invoiced in two tranches: 50% on contract execution, 50% no later than 14 days before activation start (May 8, 2026). Contracts are governed under German law (BGB), issued by weDISCOVR, Inc. (Delaware C-Corporation, Berlin operations). All payments in EUR. VAT applicable for EU entities.
For non-EU brands, VAT may be zero-rated, confirm with your tax advisor. Wire transfer details and formal invoice provided upon contract execution.
KDK is a government-backed public event in Berlin with a 30+ year track record. Cancellation risk is extremely low. In the event of force majeure cancellation, your deposit is returned in full within 30 days.
If the event is altered in scope (e.g., reduced footprint or shortened programming), you have the right to renegotiate the sponsorship value proportionally or receive a credit toward a Gift Run Drop activation of equivalent wSI value.
